1. Can I get new equipment through Sanford’s?

 

            Sure, Sanford's has relationships with new restaurant equipment suppliers. This enables us to get any new restaurant equipment needed. Quotes for new walk-ins and exhaust hood systems are also available.

 

 

2. What is the condition of the used equipment?

 

                There are 6 conditions of equipment:

 

           1. "Evaluation"- equipment probably brought in recently, condition not fully determined yet.

           2. "Never Used"- purchased, but never put into service.

           3. "Very Good"- looks very good, functions well, 5 or less years old.

           4. "Good"- functionally sound, looks ok, probably 5 years or older.

           5. "Fair"- functionally sound, may be "appearance challanged", probably an older,non-current model.

           6. "Poor"- Sanford's does not deal in this equipment

          


 3. Do you offer a warranty?

 
Absolutely! Any manufacturers warranty that is available or Sanford's 60 day warranty from pick up or delivery date of equipment. Warranty may be voided by improper installation, abuse or non-Sanford's authorized repairs. Warranty consists of repair, replacement or refund at Sanford's option.
 
 

4. Where do you get your equipment?
 
Most of our equipment comes directly from restaurants in Colorado that are changing owners, remodeling or upgrading.
 

5. Do you have a warehouse with inventory?
 
Yes. We have two locations.
 Please visit our main warehouse in Fairplay, Colorado, 136 Kokanee Rd. Our hours are Monday – Saturday 8am – 4pm. Please call 719-836-9008 to let us know you're coming on a Saturday, in case we are out on a delivery or pick-up.
 
Or come by our NEW satellite office in Colorado Springs, Colorado, 2295 Busch Ave. Hours are Monday 9am – 5pm, Tuesday 12pm – 5pm, and other days by appointment. Please call 719-641-9872 to schedule a time.

7. What is Sanford's sales area?
 
Sanford’s sells equipment throughout the United States.
 

 


 

8. What about delivery?
 
Delivery is available throughout Colorado. Common carrier freight shipping is available to other US locations. Please inquire about delivery and shipping fees.

9. What are your payment methods?
 
Cash - Checks - Credit Cards (MasterCard, VISA and Discover)

10. Do you require a down payment for equipment ordered?
 
Yes, generally a 50% down payment is required to hold equipment until delivery or pick up. Holding time is limited.

11. Do you offer financing?
 
We do not offer financing.

12. Do you lease equipment?
 
Sanford’s offers two types of leases, a year lease or a month-to-month lease. Service area is limited. Please call for details.

13. Do you provide service?
 
Yes, we provide electrical and gas service calls. Travel, parts, and hourly labor charges apply. Service area is limited. Please call for details.
